Shipments from our company:

For  orders from 200,00€ and above within Attica the transport is free. 

The payments  are made only by depositing into the company's bank accounts.

Cash on delivery is not supported by our company. 

Shipments to the province and within Attica via a transport company:

The shipment of parcels destined for province presupposes that the cost of the order has been prepaid through a bank account. Our company undertakes the shipping of your parcel free of charge until shipping company of your choice and shipping costs charge the customer. 

Shipments with a transport company within Attica, concern areas of Eastern Attica 

are carried out by ΜΕΤ.ΜΠΑ Α.Ε. 

In both cases, the goods travel on behalf, at the risk and sole responsibility of the buyer. Our company undertakes to deliver the goods in good and perfect condition to the respective transport companies and bears absolutely no responsibility for any damage, falsification or damage caused during their transport. The goods are insured by the company, only after a written order from the buyer, at his expense.

Return – Replacement of Products:

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and/or request a replacement within fourteen (14) calendar days, either because you encountered a problem with a product, or because you changed your mind. In all cases in which with proven fault of our company a) incorrect products were sold, b) or products of defective quality. The products should not have been used, be in the condition they were received, complete and undamaged, their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies them and be in excellent condition, together with all the documents that accompanied them (e.g. e.g. DAT, Retail Dept. etc.) upon delivery. Returns without notification and returns on sanitary items (basin covers), for hygiene reasons, are not accepted.

Return - Replacement Methods:

In the event that the product you received is defective or incorrect through our fault, we undertake the return costs with our courier and refund (original shipment freight is non-refundable) in case products are returned with courier of your choice then the transport costs are covered by you 

In the event that the product is not as you expected or you change your mind, you fully bear the costs of the return, while our company undertakes to refund the money to the customer or replace the product with a new one (original shipping charges are non-refundable).In all cases a refund or replacement will be made once we have received and inspected the original item. In the case of product returns, the refund is made in one of the following ways: by refund via bank account deposit.

Terms that apply to all the above cases:

In any of the above cases, any return and/or replacement must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase.

Excluded:

1. All goods manufactured to the specifications set by you as the consumer. 
2. All goods which are a type of personalized order for each customer. 
3. All goods which are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as basin covers. 
4. All goods which are damaged in the original packaging. 

In the event of repeated returns or in the event that our company perceives, at its absolute discretion, that the customer is abusing the right of return or acting in bad faith, it has every right to refuse the return of the product even if the above conditions are met.

For any dispute arising from each transaction, the courts of Athens are exclusively competent.
